Mobilizing people for a cause, team project or simply to share a friendly moment together requires a thorough knowledge of the groups involved: their motivation, their availability, their commitment level and their relationship to others. KCO has developed analytical tools that provide a detailed understanding of each person’s motivations in order to determine what will best promote their involvement and inspire them to take action.
